When buying from a trade company ascertain if they are Gaming Board registered to sell to the public – we are.
We require you to sign a disclaimer that the machine will be used at your home address and will only be played by close family members.

We have operated all types of amusement/leisure machines throughout the UK for over 15 years and have full back up technical services.

Q1. How big are they and what weight?
A1. They all differ but are approximately 26 inches wide x 27 inches deep x 70m inches high and weigh between 100 – 140kg (each model make have different dimensions)

Q2. Are they noisy?
A2. Volume controls are in the machine and can be altered from nil to high.

Q3. Can they go upstairs?
A3. Bearing in mind the space to turn the machine in the hall, stairs and landing area to see if it will fit.

Q4. Will it use much electric?
A4. Very little, like a TV set.

Q5. What is the guarantee?
A5. We deliver and install for a nominal cost and all refurbished machines have a 3-month guarantee and we support the product in the future as well.

Q6. Do they often breakdown?
A6. Very rarely. Normally coin jams or small technical glitches. We are always on the end of the phone to help and support all the products we sell for years after.

Q7. How much to fill up the machine?
A7. We recommend you fill with 125 £1 coins to give optimum player appeal.
